Doug Griffis For Campbell County Commissioner

You ask why, so will I

As a fourth-generation native of Northeast Wyoming, I am running for County Commissioner to help the working people of Campbell County. With many years of experience in the ag and energy industry, I look forward to working for the people of this county.

I don’t just live in Campbell County—I’m invested in its future.

For too long, residents have watched budgets grow while their questions go unanswered. You’re asking where the money goes; you’re asking why certain projects take priority.

As your County Commissioner, I won’t just listen to those questions—I’ll be the one in the room demanding the answers and chasing down your complaints you bring forward.

“You ask ‘why,’ and so will I.”

Reach out to me anytime to discuss your growing concerns as we move into the election season.

Upcoming Events:

  • Tuesday, June 23, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Third Street Plaza for the Meet the Candidates Ice Cream Social

What do I Stand For?

Economic Growth and Development

  • Support the growth and development of small businesses throughout the county.
  • Help the upcoming generation receive the necessary skills and training that will support our growing community so that they can stay in the community. This can be accomplished through targeted job and vocational training.

Fiscal Responsibility

  • Prioritize sustainable spending limits and focus on employee raises that will keep the workforce in place.

Infrastructure

  • Prioritize the tax dollars received to benefit the entire community through continuous maintenance of county roads and bridges.

Government Transparency

  • The people of the county should be aware of what is going on; this means that I will, to the best of my ability, keep the taxpayers informed of what is happening in their local government.
